Poor service

I bought a wall unit online on 11 July 2021 with order number 4829. The order has still not been delivered. I was promised that it would be delivered on 23 July 2021. I waited the whole day for the delivery but nothing came of it. I even cancelled my plans to ensure that I don't miss this delivery as I stay alone. No one bothered to explain the non-delivery to me. The store seems to have adopted a non-responsive approach to service delivery. Good customer service enjoins every business to regularly update customers on the status of the delivery. What this business is doing is quite appalling and reprehensible.
