Furniture mart - serious bad service ??

Bought stuff 1 June 2021 for R26 000. Delivery came 6 July after many phonecall. Sure the stuff was either rejects or secondhand. We've send it back. No happiness. Requested refund on 26 July. Today tolde refund will be done 7 days after aproval. No one know when approval can be done. Very unhappy. No one at Furniture Mart Wonderboom can say when we will can get our money back. Dont wantbtheir furniture even if they give it free ????
