FM Silver Lakes service review

I took my wife to the Silver Lakes store to go look at couches. After walking through the whole store and passed probably all the employees, we finally got someone to help. Each question had to be confirmed with the manager, and I was almost left with taking more or less what I want. We decided to think about it and came back the next week where we were informed that the lady that helped us is busy with another client, but that the manager would take over in the meantime. If I had to wait for him, I'd still be there. He is more worried about dodging clients than helping them. Luckily I didn't spend my hard-earned money there. For the money they charge, they definitely need to up their game.
