Disgusting service

Terrible customer care and service! Went to the branch in Cosmo city and when I tried to purchase a wall unit I was told it was out of stock and when I called the Boksburg branch the person I spoke to said the same thing. I asked at both branches if I could order online and I was told that they have no stock and the product I wanted was discontinued, but online it shows “in stock - can be back ordered” — after some contemplating I decided to order it online. And GUESS what!? The product I wanted and ordered was delivered. It’s unacceptable that both the staff I spoke to at both branches were just unwilling to assist. I would not recommend purchasing anything from furniture in person. Their staff is lazy and do not care about assisting customers!!!
