Disappointing Service

TRULY JUST HAD THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! So on the 5th February we go in to look for Barstools and put a deposit down for 4 with an agreement in writing that we can come back on the 20th to settle and collect the stools... but to my surprise I went in today settled the deposit and then went to collect only to be told that the chairs are no longer there.... already upset I then go and request for a refund only to be told to wait 3-5 working days, here's the shocker I just SETTLED the deposit and they took my money less than an hour ago and now telling me to wait. After pleading for at least half, i was told the other half will be processed next week. I will never make use of your services ever, and we were preparing to purchase a few things more items to complement our set up but after today we will rather look elsewhere! Very disappointing!
