Disappointing Service

They made me pay for the stock they didn't have and came up with the story that my table was dropped down at their warehouse and guess what I got this message after I had gone to the store for a follow-up. They then said I should wait for 2 months to get another table or I can take a demo for 5% off. I asked for my refund for almost a week without anyone contacting me for the banking details, I had to call them back again to ask how am I getting my refund because you don't have my banking details.

I am really disappointed they sold me something they didn't even have.
