Bad service

This store is not serious about its customers, I bought a bed and the promised me it will be delivered with in 7 days but that was not the case. It's been now a month, and everytime I call the give me the story that it's not yet been received and their consultant have given me the run around, first it was their Boksburg store and now it's the Pretoria store . I will never buy anything else at the store. Now I want my refund still they can not help me.
