Appalled

This is by far the worst appalling service I have ever received. First my delivery was delayed for days. Now I'm left with a half assembled base because the delivery guys couldn't assemble it. They said they'll send someone today to come complete the job but no one showed up. So I'm sitting here with a half assembled base with nowhere to place my bed. Hear me when I say this is the first and last time I buy from this store. I'm even closing my account. I don't even want this base anymore. I'm am beyond disgusted.
