Poor service

I bought few items unfortunately was advised Coffee table was out if stock however i can be refunder in seven day if i dont want anything.

I choose to be refunded .i have completed t refund documents as per their policy on the 30/12/2021 to date am still waiting for my money.

First follow up was done 7/01/2021 "you will get your refund anytime from now " that's the sales person Matthias, no greating on email very rude response.

Today 14/01/2021 i did a follow up answe i get"i will follow up i have waited for 2hrs no response. I sent him a follow up message answer"i dont I know why refund is not ready" that's him.

I was advised the refund will be ready within 7 working days from the date it was requested. To date im still waiting response.
