Worst furniture quality and service I've ever experienced

The quality of the furniture is very bad and they don't care about their customers. I bought 2 bunk beds and a chest of drawer. We assembled the furniture and the very next day the beds were already cracked and chest of drawer also broken. I reported this to the store and was told they can't do anything because I assembled it myself. I was not even given the option for them to assemble it for me. I waisted almost R6000 on these items and I regret ever setting foot in this store.
