Unskilled management and bad customer service

Never felt so disrespected in my life the so called manager by the name of Glen as a customer today I went to collect what I brought online and to be honest he appeared out of nowhere swearing at his ****orkers in my presence just because of a mere bathroom case and that was very disrespectful and it showed how unprofessional he was and very rude he doesn't deserve to be a manager no one treats customers and employees like that if that place goes down the owner should know who to blame..Glen needs to get skills to know how run a warehouse and stop being a bully and a small boy.
