Unsatisfactory service

I paid R9528 for two single beds and four single mattresses with the promise to collect on Monday. No one bothered to call me Monday as expected but i called being told stories. On Tuesday I called and fought until I was told to come collect, to my surprise I only got 2 beds and 2mattresses with promise that 2 others will be delivered on Wednesday. Its Friday nothing..... I'm disgusted and out of words
