Unprofessional

I bought a corner unit couch and a sleepers couch last year November on lay at Furniture Liquidation Warehouse in Boksburg. I went to the store last week to pay the rest of the money and to find out if everything is still okay with my couch when they told me that they don't have the couch anymore that I bought.

The day I bought the couch I specifically ask the manager if I come the day to collect my couch if it will be there. The day when I spoke to the manager she told met that the couch will be kept save in there warehouse and that I don't have to worry.

They then told me that they can refund me or I can take something else.

Personally I think the entire situation is really un professional from Furniture liquidation warehouse, I paid my deposit on the couch and I expected them to keep my couch save as they said they would.

I then I told them I will take the sleepers couch and if they can just help me with the delivery cost of the sleepers couch because of the inconvenience with the other couch and then they told me no they can't.

Because of all the inconvenience I though the least that they can do is just to help met with the delivery but they wouldn't even do that for me.
