Unprofessional

I bought my bed from furniture liqudation wearhouse from wynber johannesburg ..ladies working in store dont have proper knowledge on product and they charges for transport is R400 delivering under 5km that is way expensive ..and when i got someone with transporting me with less price one lady in store tells the transporter to chrage me more that was very unprofessional ... They have no rights to communicate with any outsider who is transporting ...
