TV stand not delivered. Its 6 months now
I am very disappointment at Furniture Liquidation Warehouse in Eastrand Mall. I paid for a TV stand last year and up until now i havent received it. Every time when i enquire, im being told of the delay by the supplier. Why did you take my money and sell me an empty promises. What annoyed me is the fact that i was told that by the end of November 2022, my TV stand will be delivered to me. Its now towards the end of February 2023 and i still don't have the TV Stand. Im the one who must phone every month and ask. Is that how you treat your customers? Worse part all the furniture that i bought is grey and white. POOR SERVICE ,😡😡🚮💔

12 Feb 2023, 22:37Plz get them to deliver my TV stand. I have been patient enough for them. I paid more than R75k for my furniture last year and this is how they treat me. How will i recommend Furniture Warehouse to other customers? Can they honor their promises and deliver what is due to me. I cannot be begging like this for something that i payed for with my money. I had to eat Christmas without a TV stand and by the looks, im gonna eat Easters too without my TV stand again. How many times must i beg?
