The furniture company doesn't deserve any star, business model sucks as well as customer service

I would not recommend anyone to make their purchases here.

Firstly - The business model is not making sense, where you go to a store to make a purchase of what you see and the next thing they say they have no stock and they will have to order from the warehouse, so what you see at the store is not what you will get.

After the above I placed an order from the warehouse and they said they were out of stock and when I requested a refund, on the same day I received the refund they said they had stock and I told them to deliver I will pay and they delivered a wrong order which the delivery driver refused to take back and whenever the staff has to assist they keep on lying and even say the relevant parties to complain to are unavailable and now I must wait till they return so they can attend to my matter, so one found themselves with a wrong order, which the risk of anything happening to it lies with me as a customer not the shop. And the contact number that was used to order was said to be from their store at roodepoort crown mines where the couch to be bought was seen physically but that contact number goes directly to the warehouse. So how the business is run is chaotic.
