Terrible Online Service

I should have read reviews first. I laybyed a chest of drawer on the 4th of May. I stated that I will collect from crown mines as it's near me. Monday May 8th I paid the balance and communicated this on the whatsapp line. Sibongile asked when do I want to collect I said Friday. I then advised I will collect Saturday. At 9am today my husband went to collect and there was nothing. Sibongile said I must come to Bedfordview after I said Crownmines. Not sure if she was going to give me diesel money.

Sibongile called me and didn't bother to apologize. She told me she was off on Thursday. Not sure why this should have affected my order. I told her I already went to collect and there was nothing. I wasted diesel and time because of her unprofessionalism. They should deliver my order.

With so much attitude she told me delivery won't be happening. I asked for my refund because I won't be collecting again whereas I did. With the same attitude she said yes I will refund. Truly sad, don't bother working with this store because they have employees like Sibongile who lack customer service and act like it's their house and not someone's business.
