Selfish unprofessional inconsiderate

Midrand has the worst service this company are ******* bought yesterday and paid cash when it's time for me to go collect I get a call that there's a part missing and they only requested for it today I must come collect later so I told them I won't pay for transport twice when it's their fault either they deliver it to me or I want my refund they refusing to deliver and refusing to give me my refund today saying it will take 7days so who must stay in an unfurnished house when I paid with no hassles so they would rather lose a client than sacrifice R150 to deliver for me never again
