Running a ****

I truly regret the day I came in contact with this shop. They are a big ****. After waiting for months since July they still cannot deliver my couch only to be told its discontinued. Then I choose another couch, then they asked me to wait again as they must do it from scratch, I waited for weeks again only to be told today that sorry the supplier delivered the wrong couches and yours they will have next year. The Sales people and Management are completely useless, they dont keep you updated. If I dont phone them, I never get to know whats happening. I have now lost out on Black Friday specials waiting for a couch that I was never going to get. What a f*&%n shame of a business. You might think you are ******** me but trust me this will back fire as word goes around that your business is flawed and you will eventually lose all your customers and shutdown. I really hope that day is soon. Management have no interest in customer queries and not once was I ever contacted by any of them. Useless bunch of people. Furniture Liquidation is an excuse of a furniture shop
