Refund

I bought a kitchen unit online on the 29th of November and it was delivered on the 04th of December and one of the drawers broke the same day and I was not happy with the quality and I reported it same day and I decided to return it and it was collected the following day and when I asked about my refund I was told that I will get it after 7 days but now I'm not getting any update n when I call there's no response and I bought it using payflex and they are expecting their payment soon and I cannot pay for something that is not in my possession all I want is my refund
