Refund

I have been waiting for my refund. Their policy says refunds will be done within 7 days. I went to their store in Crown Mines Johannesburg seven after I requested my refund and only to find out that it was not processed. They promised to pay my refund on Monday the 8th November 2021. To this date, they have not paid.
