Refund

Hi, i am livid and disgusting by the midrand branch. I have requested for a refund on the 31 of May 2023 via email, my mail was read and never attend to. I went to the branch on the 3rd of June where I submitted my proof of banking details and I was promised that the refund will reflect in 7 working days. Last week Wednesday I called in spoke to Witness who is the store manager, he promised to give me feedback and hasn't done that. To my surprise when I call in again on Wednesday after they didn't respond via email i learned that my number was captured incorrectly by the *********** sales officer who helped in January when I did the laybye. She rudely cut my call after i told her that their internal issues have nothing to do with me and that they failed to honour their promises to date I haven't received any mail or call nor my money
