Refund

Am so disgusted n regrets buying from them on the 27 July 2023 I bought couches from them it was cash on delivery so as I was swopping on the machine due to network transaction declined then I paid cash only to find out the first transaction went off then I called them to claim refund as Capitec Bank advices so as they also said they can't do it on their side so this furniture liquidation warehouse received my documents on the 01 August and until today 12 August am still waiting for my refund that they promised it will be paid in 7days
