Poor service. Promise customers and cannot deliver

Such poor service received from furniture liquidation in crown mines and Bedfordview. I have payed a deposit and was told the same day that my furniture would be delivered before Christmas. Payment was made in full a week ago and still have not received my furniture. Deon, the manager at crown mines is extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. Would never recommend them to anyone
