POOR SERVICE ON LAYBY

My name is Tebogo Tlomatsane, On or about September 2023 Ibought a table on laybye at a price of R4000. I am atill the period of my Laybe i went to pay the balance and I am told that the Table has been sold ,

They want to refund me my money. I felt that is unfair, why do we layby if our things get sold.

There is a table at the shop that i think i should be compensated and I'm told i should topup. I have been communicating with the Denver Branch talking to Glen van WYK. MY NUMBER IS ***
