Poor service from manager. I rather deal with her staff then her.

Manager Sharon Labaschagne is quite rude. Purchased goods on sunday where the staff member promised delivery on Tuesday, Monday they phoned to let us know that they don't have stock and it will take between 7 to 14 days for them to get stock from johannesburg warehouse.

We then requested a refund and sharon was quite rude. She said she will process the refund. She only took my banking details , never gave me any proof of refund at all. Her words was. " i am the manager and i give you my word"

I don't know this lady at all and she expects me to take her word on a refund.
