Poor Service

Such poor service received from furniture liquidation in crown mines. We lay bye a dining room suite in July 2021 made full payment on 20/12/2021 my husband dealt with a lady with the name of Patricia. Patricia confirmed that payment has been received and the Dining room suite is paid in full, she promised that delivery will take place on Friday 24/12/2021. The morning of the 24/12/2021 my husband called Patricia to confirm delivery as promised, she said that the Dining room suite will only be delivered after Christmas on the 28/12/2021.

Today is the 28/12/2021, when my husband called Patricia in the morning, she said that delivery will take place on Thursday 30/12/2021....

Furniture Liquidation in Crown Mines is unhelpful and does not comply to customer service, when they collect your money from you, they are so helpful and full of promises. They do not render their service after receiving your money.

Would never ever recommend them to anyone not ever!!!!
