Poor quality all around!!

Bought 10 office chairs from them... VERY VERY poor quality! Received the chairs in bits and pieces in bags and they forgot to pack some of the items. It is not a comfortable chair at all even with back support it offers. Wanted to exchange but never got feedback from Store Manager. Will never ever use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!!
