Pathetic service

I paid for beds online to an amount of over 10k. I then sent an email to them to ask when can I expect delivery of my items. I was told there is no stock, I questioned why don’t you update your online shop to say sold out or not available but I got no response, I then asked how long would it take to get the stock they tell me a month. I immediately asked for my money back as I do not want to wait that long for a bed. They rep**** and asked me for my banking details and it will take 7 days to get my refund, how pathetic is that I paid on the spot at the same time I placed my order so why can’t I get my refund straight away. It has now been three days and I haven’t heard from them again. I sent an email this morning to find out when can I expect my refund and no response.. if I don’t get my money back in 7 days I will take it further to the ombudsman and open a case of theft.
