Not satisfied with the services of Liquidation Furniture warehouse

I have bought a bed in the middle of December 2019 with Liquidation furniture warehouse. first, they should have delivered it then when the bed only comes the following day they asked us to collect the bed when we did that evening when sleeping on it there was a creaking noise from the base so I went and told them about it up to now nothing has been done. They said they have to contact their customer services and someone has called us but every time there are stories, now we have to deliver the creacking base back on our cost and fetch the other new base with our cost and the Manager Sahron has told the sales ladies in front of us that the new base needs to be delivered and now come with stories that it is in their policy that if we as customers collected the bed we had to bring it back. Since when was services like that. I willnot recoomend them to anybody at all.
