NEVER BUY A BED/MATTRESSES FROM MEGA-PEDIC SUPPLIER - You'll never get it

The Wynberg warehouse staff are very helpful and supportive, however, when it comes to their Beds & Mattress ~ The "Megapedic Mattress", one simple piece of advice = NEVER BUY ANY MEGA-PEDIC products. THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER ON TIME. I've been waiting now for more than 6 weeks and nothing has been delivered. The staff is doing their best with the supplier but nothing seems promising. As you can see I am not the only person complaining re. TOO LONG DELAYED DELIVERY and I think the company MUST TAKE A SERIOUS MEASURES with such Beds suppliers. At a personal level, I don't think I will either do any future shopping here or recommend this to anyone. Very frustrating service and lack of customer's respect. I was planning to buy more for my business use but now I had to invest my money somewhere else (even if it will cost more but at least will cause no regret when it comes to quality, delivery, and after-sale support.).
