Incorrect item delivered. They refused to take it back

Ordered a chest of drawers and its so small compared to the pictures and not assembled. I have to get a carpenter to assemble something thats not what i ordered?. Not happy

Was purchased online. One of your reps. Befurnituredesign. I paid immediately into your bank account. Now im told to bring it back within 7 days. Should i skip a day of work to do this. Your driver refused to take it back Saturday night. I have witnesses to this!!!!

This is unbelievable! A chest of drawers in planks for me to put together and its the size of a night stand. To me this is firewood. Not what i ordered from the catalogue!!
