horrible service from Rude sales agents

worst service ever

i laybyed a mattress at the funiture liquidation warehouse in boksburg, i paid the full amount, when i had to go collect the mattress i was told i needed to make arrangements for the mattress to be delivered from their warehouse to the store, of which i understood(this was on a friday),the lady who was assisting me told me that if i need the mattress urgently i can go fetch it from their warehouse just after germiston, as i already had a truck there with me todeliver it tomy place. i asked the lady , if so i must use my petrol to go to their warehouse , with a very bad attitude she told me that if i go there i must call them to send documents to the warehouse, i did not call them on saturday for them to send through the documents which clearly meant i decided notto go to the warehouse on that saturday. I called on sunday to ask a lady for arrangements for the mattress to be taken to the store so i can collect it there. Monday i had to call them to ask if the mattress was delivered, rudely so i was told they sent documents to the warehouse , i needed to go fetch it at the warehouse, i then as Zakhele why were they sent to thewarehouse since ididnt call, as instructed by the lady that i should call if i am i decide to go to the warehouse on saturday. funny how he didnt have the answer ,but told me he will check if it can be sent through and call me back to give feed back. I again had to call them and ask if it was possible for the mattress to be sent to the store, then the lady that picked up the phone tells me not to grill her it was not her fault i must talk to Zakhele, i am not HAPPY with the service i received for my money from this store, i had to pay the delivery guy double the amount i innitially had to pay, ad to use my own airtime calling rude sale agents , who cared less how they treated me..... the store sell good quality furniture, but i will never reccomend anyone to go there, sale agents VERY VERY RUDE.
