Horrible repairs department

My husband and I purchased corner suite couches from the Centurion branch in February this year, since the day the couches was delivered the backrest of the one couch was not lining up correctly. Both end of the couches is reclinable. Recently the one couch can't fold up anymore and is leaning to the side. I have contacted the branch and have been in contact with the repairs department, but unsuccessfully. I have only received the poorest service. The branch has even requested feedback from their repairs department and yet no feedback. I will never do any business with Furniture Liquidation Warehouse. I work with customers everyday, if any customer was treated the way this company has treated me, me, my manger would have been out of a job and our outlet would close its doors. To do a sale has not been a problem!!! But the aftersale is absolutely pathetic!!!
