Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a couch end of July it went on repairs on August because it head faulty headrest, now its September the couch legs are brocken yet they promise that they selling high quality, I spoke to Charmaine who doesn't have good customer service at all that I need a replacement for the couch because the Couch is less than 3 months already going for second repair today I called Malcom the Manager and he said he will be loosing business if all the Customer are being replaced if things are broken, what kind of Manager speaks like that. I'm soo unhappy with the Service I'm receiving yet I bought the Couch cash. The couch is now broken for the 3rd time Slindile the sales lady is not assisting at all instead when I went to the shop she wanted me to purchase the couch from back door.
