********** Service - utterly dishonest

Bad service . I bought a bed online and it was delivered last month and it was delivered the problem however I paid extra for the delivery due to the link provided and quickly alerted them and since then they have been ducking and diving with my refund, they have asked for my banking details but up until now they have not returned my money or call me as promised on numerous occasion
