Furniture liquidation is the worse in resolving their customers issues

My mother ordered a 5 seater couch online and it was delivered on Saturday late at night around 6. The delivery driver delivered the wrong set of couches that were ordered. There’s a lady who’s speaking on behalf her manager, stating that the matter won’t be resolved immediately and this is the second time they are doing this. The manager is always not there to resolve issues or complaints from their customers and they are the worse in resolving the issues that come beforehand. Their service is the worst service that I have encountered with.
