Furniture liquidation crown mines

I have purchased a couch from furniture liquidation last year for black Friday. However one couch everytime someone sat on it , it made a squeaky noise. I have phoned them they came to fetch the couch after 1 month and took about 2 months to return my couch. From August I have been calling them again because the same couch is squeaking. EverytimeI phone they engaged or they answer and the person I deal with is not there. In September the manager called once to ask what's the problem. Later September they asked for a number that was suppose to be on the couch but I found nothing. The lady was suppose to phone me back. Everytime I phone they say they'll get back to me. I eventually gave up with them cause of there poor poor poor service and still have the squeaky couch. It's been almost 8 months now and they just don't care. I would not recommend anyone to purchase there products cause of there services. The first time I complain and we took off with them cause they were not returning our couch. Later that evening a man phoned us from a private number threatening us that we were rude and they going to put on social media. After 1 week I received the squeaky couch again and they have been avoiding our communication ever since. Please can I get some assistance to get this matter resolved.
