FALSE PROMISES

PROMISED 3 TIMES TO DELIVER MY PAID FOR GOODS. STILL WAITING. Received 2 verbal confirmation of my delivery then a Whatsapp message to confirm their driver is on his way on Wendnesday 29th December at 12h44. Waited the entire day and it is now 30th December and i am still waiting. Called them on the whatsapp number as the main number is not answered. Response: Oh thats for the chest of drawers? I will confirm what is happening with our despatch" WTH??????
