Failure to deliver, poor service and lack of communication

I placed a lay buy for a headboard at the store on May 17th 2023. I then fully paid the lay buy on the 27th of May 2023. I was told that they currently do not have any stock for what I ordered and that they will be receiving stock the following week. Now, every week is the same story. They keep saying they will be receiving stock the following week. Now I'm moving out of where I currently stay and I still haven't received my order which was placed over a month ago. They don't even communicate, I'm the one who constantly texts asking about my order.
