Dissatisfied customer

This is the worse customer service I ever came across. I've been phoning and fighting with this store since August 2023. I bought a bedroom suite from them. Complained the same day about scratches. Bedroom suite was exchanged a week later but still the same story. I have the same problem with the new bedroom suite. So since August I've been speaking to Amber the floor Manager. Up until today nothing has been done with this regard. Amber keeps on making promises that she has spoken to the warehouse for an exchange but nothing happened. I have even been sending WhatsApp messages but no one is responding.
