Disgusting service and Disgusting attitude.

I am very angry and super dissatisfied with the bull**** I got from Furniture Liquidation Warehouse in Boksburg. I had lay-byed a couch in December and paid it off when level 3 lockdown began. I was promised by the sales person there name Khutso that my couch would be delivered same day which was the 2nd of June 2020. I then later around 2pm on that day received a call from the guy that my couch has been sold to another person and they can't find it in the warehouse. I mean what kind of service is that? Selling people products that are not even there. I then requested for my refund back in full and I was promised that I will be refunded my money within 7 working days. The 7th day came and passed, No update or nothing. I called the store and the store manager said they have been busy with other problems as if mine is not important. They promised I'd get the money the on the 15th and nothing. I am super furious with the attitude and bad service I've received from these people...Its actually disgusting. Such shop shouldn't even be operational.
