Disgusting, Horrible Service

In August last year I went to your Crown Mine Johannesburg Branch for couch shopping. When we got to the store. We (Me and my spouse)fell in love with your ZHEJ02 couch which was on display for R22988. We made a deposit of this couch and told that the laybye period was for 6 months. The agent that assisted us advised us that should the couch price reduces will get it on that reduced price by the time we settle our final payment for the laybye. Today my spouse went to the store to settle the laybye as it’s expiring on Saturday. The duty manager tells him that he can longer that the couch for R22988 as it’s now R26988. During the laybye process this wasn’t mention to us. Should this be told to us before we wouldn’t opt to place a laybye initial. The staff assisting with this matter were rude. Horrible and disgusting customer service with no further assistance to conclude the end results of this issue. I budgeted for R22988 and I want to pay for my couch before expire date.
