Disgusted customer

I have experienced purchasing at Furniture Liquidation Warehouse previously and the service was ok. Delivery time was on point. The delivery guys were of great assistance, however i recently had purchased a corner couch and unfortunately didn't have the left facing and they had to order one. Firstly no updates from the store, i constantly had to be the one following up. Then two there after i decide to go into the store again and they had the left hand facing couch just not in the color i had wanted. I decided to take that one as it wasn't far off from the color i initially want. Now come the delivery, they send me a man called Themba who came without an assistant and i questioned him how he was to offload the coach from his van alone and he begged my young son and i to assist and he left the couch right there outside, didn't bother assisting us to take it inside the house and mind you the couch was extremely heavy.
