BAD STORE!

This company in Crown Mines and all other branches have extremely rude people, they ***** your money and do not give you your items and always have a story with the items bought .

My friend and I ordered beds at a sale price at the store a few months back, she paid for hers completely, it has been weeks and no one even bothered calling us from the store...I mean why should the customer call and ask for their stuffs, isn't that the sales persons job?, so we called everytime they have a new story. Lastly, the guy called Panashe at crown mines decides to say that we can get our money back, it has been again another 3 weeks still the money has not been refunded into her account, they did not have the ****** audacity to even call once!. He has our whatsapp number and when we whatsapp him, he looked and ignored all the messages.

we are highly dissapointed at this pathetic store and definitely would not recommend this store or the company full of rude sales people with their don't care attitude and lies to anybody out there, there are people looking for jobs and need it seriously so why the hell is there careless people out there working with no experience in their job profession, if this company has to close down it will be because of their own negligence! even the manager of the store thinks it is a joke!
