Bad service

I paid for a couch on the 29th of October at Johannesburg furniture liquidation warehouse . Told them I will come and collect on the 6th of November. I went on the 6th and I was told that they didn't order the couch and the lady by the name of lindiwe or slindiwe was very rude and even told lies. I told them to refund me. Today is the 18th of November I went again to inquire since I haven't receivey money back and there's no communication. The lady was very even today. Still not helped
