Bad customer service at furniture liquidation johannesburg fordsburg

We bought furniture last year June and when it's time to collect in December the sales lady Slindile tells us the furniture is not available it was broken during looting. All this time guys they were quiet n collected the lay buy money. We opted for a refund and it's been over 2 weeks now and no money was refunded. We went in the store to query and the manager there Dion was very rude and not helpful We will never ever ever buy anything from this store. No good customer service, not even an apology.
