Misleading information upon purchasing. This company thinks they dealing with a bunch of children. They don’t specify that delivery is R450 when making an order like other companies where you pay R100 for shipping upon making the payment. Here they make you tick a box that indicates you understand Youl be charged for delivery then only after you’ve paid they want to tell you delivery is R450? That’s crucial information you display before hand but cause they know their clients won’t go ahead with the purchase after learning how rediculously expensive delivery is they only tell you in the end.

Worse part, I immediately told them I want a refund cause I’m not paying and additional 50% of my order fee for transport, then they want to tell me there’s a 10% penalty fee I need to pay. What for ? Hell no, ****mers and *****sters lacking integrity. I WANT MY MONEY IN FULL. DONT PLAY ME
