After service non existent

Worst after service ever, collected the beds we bought, everything sealed in plastic and upon opening them one mattress was ripped, immediately phoned and send the proof , no feedback as promised, when I phoned 1 hour later I was told it's not their responsibility We took the goods and signed. Be careful when collecting your items, make them open everything and check thoroughly. As they are not helpful in this regard at all.
