I want my refund
I ordered an item on 25/11/2024 I haven’t received my ordered until today but in the order status they wrote order completed. I requested for a refund still they are not responding. This is so frustrating They are so unprofessional. I would never advise anyone to purchase online at furniture connection never.

As mentioned in your FB review, the product had been sent 3 weeks ago (4-5 weeks as of this reply). The issue was that you needed to speak to the courier, the courier with us and we sort out whatever needed to happen. We were unaware of the issue until you made us aware of it, and by that time companies had gone onto their annual leave. We believe you have your product now.
